The Y20GEN provides RF power to drive electrosurgical instruments for open or laparoscopic general surgery to cut and seal blood vessels as well as to cut, grip and incise tissue. In addition, the generator provides energy to drive the ultrasonic scalpel, suitable for bleeding and soft tissue cutting where heat damage is expected to be minimal.
